My therapeutic approach includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) where we will evaluate how your thoughts affect your behavior, and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) where we look at what you want to achieve from therapy.

Together we will identify emotions and stressors that contribute to your areas of concerns. We will focus on short term goals to alleviate these stressors and long term goals to adopt healthy coping strategies to become a better you.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with young adults adjusting to college and adulthood. I have taught in the public schools and collegiate level and understand the stressors associated with these environments. I also have experience in the medical field.

I became a therapist to help people cope with whatever stressors they are dealing with in their lives.
