About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

My hope and goal is to empower couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their quality of life and relationships.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am licensed through the State of Texas as an LPC-Intern under the supervision of Dr. Bryan Duncan, Ph.D., LPC-S, NCC. I am trained as a Gottman Level 1 couples’ counselor and in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

  • Together, we will:

We can cover a variety of topics that are important to your life and the fullness you are wanting to gain from therapy.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I previously worked with veterans, first responders, and their families gaining experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and the toll of deployment on the solider and those left stateside.

  • I became a therapist because:

My passion is helping others to not see perfection but to find joy and peace in their own lives.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Teletherapy offers you the opportunity to be in your own space while seeking therapy services.

  • More about me and my practice:

As a wife, mother, and a military spouse myself, I know the experience of living with someone who works to serve our country. I am able to bring my unique life experiences to the table in an effort to sympathize and empathize with their own lives.
