I believe wholeheartedly that the quality of our relationships dictate the quality of our lives. This includes the therapeutic relationship! I strive to build an authentic relationship with my clients, empowering them to grow and heal.

I teach couples to fight fairly and repair, enhance a foundation of friendship and intimacy, and rebuild after years of disconnection. I help adults overcome past relational wounds- creating a safe-space for authentic self-discovery.

I specialize in working with people who:

I help hurt and disconnected couples who long to get back to a place where their relationship felt intimate, supportive, and fun. I help LGBTQ+ individuals who desire a greater sense of self-acceptance and healing from past relational traumas.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about helping folks create self-understanding, cultivate fulfilling connections with others, and find peace in their authentic self.

I offer teletherapy services to clients all over Texas and Florida via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
