I specialize in working with people who:

May be experiencing Complex PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I’ve been trained in Neuropsychological trauma through the lens of NMT as well as TF-CBT, CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experience, & Humanistic Psychotherapy.

I became a therapist because:

I believe we all want to connect and be understood. I would like to be a resource for my clients to help them feel healed and fulfilled.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Scheduling can be difficult due to work/life balance; telehealth can provide a sense of control and safety in regards to where/whentherapy takes place
