A client's therapy is individually tailored to their needs. I take a Humanistic approach to therapy, utilizing Person-Centered, CBT, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused theories. My therapy lens also includes System theories.

I'm eager to support individuals from all walks of life dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, destructive behaviors, identity crisis, grief/loss, or a new diagnosis.

I specialize in substance use disorders, bipolar disorders, and psychotic disorders.

I became a therapist because:

I became a counselor because I had my own transgressions that I overcame through the help of therapy. This made me want to pursue helping others.

My experience of working in SUD treatment and mental health treatment for over 10 years, puts me in a unique position of experience.

I truly just want to help people heal from whatever they are struggling with. I try to provide a safe and comfortable environment to allow for honesty. I enjoy working with a variety of people.
