I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with women suffering from depression, shame, anxiety, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame and related emotional concerns.

I became a therapist because:

I believe asking for help is one of the bravest and hardest things we can do as people. My hope is to help my clients feel safe and empowered.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy predominately online. This allows the client the ability to be in a confidential environment that feels most comfortable for them.
