I am well-versed in many approaches so that I can serve your unique needs. The techniques we will use are derived from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and trauma-informed approaches, including mind-body techniques.

Are moms that may be struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, or with their identity since motherhood. I also treat professionals who need help with setting boundaries, decreasing anxiety or depression, and/or improving work-life balance.

I became a therapist because:

I want to make sure people have a place where they can feel heard. It is so important to have a safe space and it is an honor to provide that.
