Something to know about my approach is:

Healing comes from connection with others & self-acceptance. Trauma, a difficult childhood, or painful adult relationships can affect our ability to connect with others starving us of vital emotional nourishment.

Together, we will:

go on a journey of self-discovery & healing. I'll invite you to slow down, engage with present-moment experiences and gently uncover parts of yourself yearning for care. Playfulness, humor, creativity, as well as deep grief & raw emotion are welcome.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with overwhelming emotions and interpersonal relationships; feel shut down or disoriented in the face of conflict; are stuck in a pattern of shame and isolation; I'd love to help you identify barriers to emotional nourishment and connection.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to make sense of my own story. I believe in therapy because I've experienced it from both sides.

In addition to virtual therapy, I offer individual and group therapy in nature. An outdoor session can be incredibly grounding.
