I walk with my clients toward their desired goals in a way that allows them to feel seen and understood. The methods are chosen by clients and can be fused with video games and VR as tools to enhance the therapeutic process for deeper level work.

Collaborate to heal beliefs systems, develop regulation and communication skills, and navigate difficult life transitions. I've combined my degree with advanced training in trauma and gamification to provide my clients engaging & effective treatment.

want to heal self-worth, conquer fear, social anxiety, improve motivation, school, or work issues, trust, connection with others, and those who have endured and are ready to overcome childhood, family, relationship, and religious traumas.
