My approach is eclectic. I like to meet clients where they are. I work collaboratively with clients to set and reach therapy goals. I use a combination of evidence based and holistic practice, aimed at reaching successful treatment outcomes.

I practice from a generalist approach. I have experience working with various populations, settings, and disorders. As a clinical social worker, the mission is to help as many people as one can; focus is not on any specific specialization.

I became a therapist because:

I have a passion for helping people move from negative challenge to positive change. I also believe in equality and equity.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Telehealth is my primary setting for offering therapy. However, I do see clients in-person when telehealth is not a good option for the client.
