I believe in the positive outcomes of behavioral health treatment to alleviate our most troubling symptoms for a better mental well-being. I have found relief from intrusive thoughts, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, I am an advocate for therapy.

I follow therapy practices that tap into the strengths we have in ourselves to heal. When we cannot do it alone, a therapeutic relationship can guide us into finding our strengths to grow into a better self.

I specialize in working with people who:

Caregivers, women, veterans, first responders, young to older adults, those that want to take time to address their mental wellbeing to live their best lives for themselves and the people that matter to them.

I became a therapist because:

Too many stressors or being in crisis can make it harder for us to feel better alone; a trusting relationship with a therapist can be healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have extensive experience in dealing with behavioral health crisis situations and am familiar with increasing levels of care needed.

More about me and my practice:

I am parent to a child with PANDAS/PANS, and would like to offer supportive therapy to parents dealing with this chronic illness. I like to use IFS, polyvagal theory and ACT as my primary tools
