I work within an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) framework which helps clients use their personal values as motivation for the sometimes very difficult work of change.

Identify your "whys" and "hows." I’ve had the honor of working with people who have experienced unimaginable loss and pain, and no one needed to be "fixed." Good therapy helps you to discover what is most important to you, and to live as if it is.
