My approach is based in yoga therapy, which is a holistic bottom up and inside out approach. We look at the root causes of suffering and address these through the wisdom of your nervous system, physiology, body, breath and heart.

Together, we will look at what is causing you to feel stuck in your life, whether that is trauma, depression, anxiety or body image. We will incorporate the body as a guide to finding the answers that live inside you so can reclaim your wholeness.

I offer yoga therapy in person in a quiet yoga studio listening to the birds or via telehealth from your own home.
