Something to know about my approach is:

I am a culturally competent and trauma-informed mental health provider and advocate. I believe that cultural competency is central to helping individuals and families of color feel safe; providing space where concerns are not downplayed.

Together, we will:

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work related stress, etc. I work with people who have everyday stressors and issues, who need additonal support or an open ear to talk to.
