I lean towards being a no bullshit yet gentle therapist. I lean towards mindfulness approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Approach. Provide skills practice between sessions. I believe therapy occurs in everyday situations.

I believe self-love is the biggest and most important component of mental health which is why I incorporate an enormous amount of self-care into my treatment.
