my approach is eclectic and flexible to your goals and needs! Depending on what you're interested in exploring, we may use a combination of psychodynamic (talk) therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, parts work/inner child healing, and ACT.

It's unique to each person. I don't use the same skills or approach with everyone. I tailor it to your needs that best fit your goals. I bring in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and/or spirituality where appropriate and necessary. We'll laugh too ;)
