I use a direct, informative approach in my counseling sessions. Many clients who seek me out for OCD, Panic, and Anxiety therapy tell me that they have not worked with a therapist before who has really helped them as I have.
My first session I like to start with a brief overview of the what to expect in therapy. I then want to learn more about you & why you are seeking therapy. I try to set realistic goals each session to help you reach the results you hope to achieve.

I primarily utilize client centered & solution focused therapy. I may ask you to complete a worksheet or do homework for further exploration outside of therapy, if you find this helpful. It is not required, but something to add to the session.
