My therapeutic style can be described as collaborative, compassionate, nurturing, nonjudgmental, and genuine. I commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and motivational enhancement.
We will work on developing an appropriate treatment approach based on your goals for yourself. Therapy may feel worse before it feels better, but my hope is that each session will leave you feeling closer to reaching your own personal goals.

I incorporate elements of CBT & am trained in EMDR to help process trauma that may be a barrier to moving forward. I also provide ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to help treat any OCD symptoms. I tailor treatment based on a client's needs.
