What sets me apart is that I'm a combat veteran and trauma survivor. I struggled in ways like too many of us do. That's why this isn't "Just a job" for me. I get it, and I can meet you where you are because I've walked in those shoes myself.

My style is gently direct and goal oriented for solutions. I practice CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, EMDR for trauma and solution focused. I believe clients come to get better fast and move on not live in counseling. We work on reducing criticism.
