We will use different techniques including CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused, mindfulness and motivational interviewing to learn how thoughts and feelings & connected, increase your self-awareness, & explore solutions.
We will create a framework of your goals and how we go about attaining those goals. Our sessions are in a safe, private, calm setting, and you will be met with compassion, empathy, care, concern and gentle guidance.
