I believe that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. It's important that you feel heard and validated in therapy. I am supportive, but will also work with you to make whatever changes are preventing you from the life you want.

I use a relational, family-systems informed and trauma-competent approach. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, AEDP and other modalities that help my clients move through stuck points and find healing. I utilize ERP, and elements of ACT, for my OCD clients.
