I favor Solution Focused Brief Therapy. One hour of empowering you to create solutions is worth 20 hours of analyzing problems. My therapy tends to be brief, because creating solutions takes much less time than searching for the root of problems.

I help you understand unhelpful thoughts and how they negatively impact your mental health by practicing mindfulness, showing illustrations and using metaphors. There is a little homework, but it's worth it; practicing mindfulness is very impactful.
