I use Cognitive Coping, Emotional regulation techniques, Mindfulness/Visualization. I am trained in EMDR for trauma processing & CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, & Anti-racist Psychotherapy techniques.

I utilize the following treatment methods: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Socratic questioning, Mindfulness and meditation, narrative techniques, and trauma-informed care.
