My framework to therapy is holistic health taking into account your mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. My therapy methods are based on the best evidence-based practices in the research and training of psychologists.

When working with clients, I employ evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. To see if we connect, schedule a 15-minute consult session at no-cost.
Together, we will help you understand yourself better: what you're made of, what you want, what you're good at, and what you need to do to grow into the person you want to become.

There isn’t one approach that fits every client. I work closely with clients to identify their needs/wants and find a treatment approach that works best for them. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
