My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.
Together, we will explore the presenting issue(s), talk about a solution and develop an action plan to help you overcome. With your motivation to seek help, and my willingness to commit to the therapy process, this could be your breakthrough.
