I aim to be a cheerleader & "on your team" as we explore tough topics that you may have never explored or said out loud before. I welcome diverse expression and am fine with taking therapy at your pace and meeting you with acceptance where you're at.
We will work together to heal your trauma/anxiety using Sand Tray, IFS, CBT, or talk therapy. For ADHD, together we find tools and techniques that help you get more organized, find structure, and support executive function.
