I work with adults who have difficulty focusing. I teach executive functioning skills, mindfulness, and self-regulation to improve cognition, mood, and relationships compromised by ADHD traits and life stages like new parenting.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
