I utilize a direct yet compassionate solution focused manner with my clients. I utilize evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

My primary treatment modality is CBT because it has a large body of research for treating various mental health conditions but is flexible enough to blend with other modalities to tailor treatment to each client. My approach is also trauma-informed.

Working from a Motivational Interviewing perspective allows me to meet my clients where they are in his/her process of change. MI is a very nonjudgmental, collaborative and respectful therapeutic approach. I also utilize EMDR in the tx of trauma.
