My approach isn't traditional; I believe in treating the whole person - Mind, body, & spirit. In order to do so, I blend evidence-based western approaches to Psychology with eastern wellness practices such as breath work, energy work, and yoga.

I use mind and body focused interventions to support healing, which means that we'll do more than just talk about things. Our thinking brain only does so much for us, things like somatics and brainspotting let us go deeper.
