Using holistic approaches such a mindfulness, meditation, grounding techniques, and mind-body connection, you’ll learn the tools to challenge any negative self-talk, recognize and reduce physical symptoms of panic, and reduce the impact of trauma.

Therapy isn’t a “one size fits all” and what works for one person may not work for another. Some treatment methods I find helpful and have experience in are mindfulness skills, CBT, EMDR, child-parent psychotherapy, role playing, and hypnosis.
