My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Interpersonal Therapy because improving our relationships can improve our wellbeing. Art, music, writing, photography, crafting, roleplaying, narration, drama & more can be incorporated.
Clients take away a sense of direction from sessions, as well as a feeling of being able to let go of all of the emotions they were holding on to. I provide validation and support, but also gentle challenging in areas that need more prioritizing.
