The foundation of my work is psychodynamic. This means that the factors and experiences that have led to where you find yourself at this time are explored and processed. Additionally, I make use of mindfulness and behavioral modalities, when helpful.
Explore the interplay of past and present experiences, align the mind and body, harness radical self-compassion, and aim to live authentically in the here and now.
