I believe that therapy is sacred work. My role as a therapist is to accompany you on your own path to increased agency, fulfillment, and meaning in life.
Every person has the tools to lead a fulfilling life, but those tools are at times temporarily inaccessible due to emotional, situational, and cognitive influences. I want to lead you through the process of identifying such influences removing them.

My approach draws from several orientations: attachment, psychodynamic, coaching psychology, narrative, interpersonal, and systems.
During sessions, I like clients to be able to process stressors, share more depth relating to barriers and be able to learn a specific coping tool to try to support developing and creating change relating to the barriers that are existing.

The therapeutic relationship is very important to me, so I work to build a space where people feel comfortable addressing issues in a practical and straightforward manner. I tend to be goal oriented and positive in my delivery.
