I believe my approach creates space for clients to find their “why” and identify ways to cope through their stressors. My goal is to empower clients who are struggling to push forward, to decrease their helpless thoughts and self-hatred and motivate.

I adapt to what works best for my clients. I often use somatic experiencing, mindfulness-based CBT, emotion-focused therapy and exposure therapy to support my clients. We'll do frequent check-in's to ensure we're on a path to progress.

I used a trauma-informed collaborative approach to healing. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic approaches. I show up as my genuine and authentic self and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for all individuals.
