Everything I do is grounded in the existential-humanistic tradition, which means I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Anxiety narrows our view of what is possible, and I want to help you blow it wide open.

My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.
