I have a masters in counseling and also nursing allowing me to treat the whole person in a holistic manner. This may include therapy and medication. I believe your healing is nonlinear and curated to each person.

A typical session would start with a quick check-in. Next, we move on to practicing mindfulness exercises designed to increase and enhance coping skills. Towards the end of the session, we integrate the skills so you can overcome distress.

I like the collaboration part of therapy where clients are very motivated to work towards their goals and me as their therapist will meet them where they are at to achieve those results. I use modalities like CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
