I do believe the way we were raised greatly impacts the way we function as adults. We will spend a lot of time tying things back to childhood/young adulthood, how that impacts you still today, and how to change.

I incorporate mind-body techniques, such as Brainspotting, to support the brain's natural ability to heal as well as interpersonal strategies focused on developing self-awareness, identifying emotions, and developing healthier relationships.
