My approach to therapy utilizes diverse, evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practice). Even so, I endeavor to create a space that is safe for you, a space where your authentic self can shine through, free from judgement.

I practice from a multicultural, feminist, anti-oppressive perspective that is BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I combine psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and relational approaches to meet clients’ various needs.
