As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I especially enjoy working with clients who are exploring identity, navigating life with multiple diagnoses (including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, & ADHD), and building resilience after trauma.

My framework is relational-cultural theory, which focuses on empowerment and strengths-based change, while valuing the impact of culture and trauma in our lives. In my practice, you are always in charge of your own therapy.
We will explore what’s holding you back from living the life you want and develop new ways of moving through the world to help you feel calmer and more empowered to navigate whatever life throws your way.

My approach is integrative and collaborative, meaning that we will pull from approaches that best fit your goals and who you are. I blend teaching practical, evidence-based skills along with deeper exploration to catalyze more enduring change.
My approach is a collaborative one. I provide options on how to get where you want to go, and you choose what works best for you.

I work to meet clients where they are and provide trauma informed care. The therapy room is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. You decide what we talk about and the boundaries surrounding those topics.
Change is constant. Whether it is job stress, the loss of a family member or pet, a breakup or divorce, an accident or incident, or managing your mental health, together we can work to explore ways to adjust, adapt, and begin a new path forward.

I have worked with those that are navigating relationships, breakups, career pivots, making and breaking habits, grief, and anger. I offer EMDR and other therapies to help you process challenging experiences, emotions, and trauma.
My goal is to help you grow in any way that you see fit, help guide you to have more self-compassion, and feel empowered in seeing the changes that you’ve made. Let's work together to get you where you want to be.

I aim to provide a non-judgemental and safe place for clients to work in while being my genuine and authentic self. You can expect a harm-reductionist approach, a non-pathologizing view, as well as an affirming and validating space.
