I believe in a holistic view of counseling, this means that I look at the whole person, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, emotions, spirituality and relationships. When in session, I mainly use techniques from Restoration Therapy, CBT and ACT.

I have a strong passion for the Queer community and women. However, I have vast experience with personality disorders, disordered eating, self-esteem, anxiety/depression concerns. I have been in the mental health field for almost 6 years.

I work with individual (ages 12+) and couples therapy via Telehealth currently. I am EMDR trained, Prepare/Enrich certified for couples work and primarily utilizes an IFS framework.
