My primary approach to therapy is through connection, presence, and acceptance. There is no judgment here. I want you to feel empowered to be exactly who you are, and to help you discover who you are if you haven’t quite figured it out yet.

After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.
