It is systemic, so I look at not just the individual, but their unique experiences, exploring the systems they were raised and live within, and how these impact their daily life. I aim to know more of my clients than just the presenting issue.

I am collaborative, active, and nonjudgmental. My approach is based on your wants, goals and needs and will be tailored specifically for you. I prefer to be engaging rather than the traditional “blank slate” and do assign “homework” as appropriate.
