I love helping people to process and work through painful and traumatic events from the past and achieve peace and closure in their lives. I use cognitive behavioral techniques and EMDR to identify and work with unproductive core beliefs and trauma.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
