I employ collaborative and evidenced-based approaches to counseling including Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and DBT therapeutic techniques to address a wide variety of life circumstances.

I approach my treatment methods through a trauma-informed lens & look at situations through a strengths-based perspective. I am trained in TF-CBT, CBT, DBT and REBT. As a certified Yoga instructor, I love to incorporate mindfulness & yoga techniques.
