I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Nature Based tools, which include Animal Assisted Psychotherapy (Canine/Equine assisted). I am also trained in Mind and Body Interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
