I typically offer clients a choice between dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or Internal Family Systems (IFS). Both of these strategies offer a holistic approach and assist clients in healing inner pain while addressing behavioral concerns.

I find that being structured, goal-oriented, and thorough leads to a powerful change for the individual. My theoretical preference is dependent on the individual. However, I tend to combine behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic perspectives.
