I'll work to understand your experience, and support you through any challenges. Every client is unique with different goals, history and starting points. I meet each person where they are on their journey and provide honest, practical, feedback.

My approach is grounded in the belief that holistic care is crucial to healing ourselves, our communities & our planet. I am also a yoga teacher so our sessions can incorporate breathwork, yoga & meditation to incorporate the mind, body & spirit.
During sessions, I like clients to be able to process stressors, share more depth relating to barriers and be able to learn a specific coping tool to try to support developing and creating change relating to the barriers that are existing.

My approach many combines client-centered, narrative, behavioral, humanistic, and existential theories using evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet each client's goals/needs.
