I am a certified trauma-sensitive therapist trained in several mind-body approaches that can help you gain new insights into your feelings and behaviors. Including, helping you with learning new skills to retrain your brain and cope with stress.

imagination is an invaluable part of therapy, whether you are a child or an adult. I currently run the Fellowship, City Counseling Center’s therapeutic Dungeons and Dragons group for children ages 9 to 13. I work with adults, teens, and kids.
