I approach therapy through a non-pathologizing, trauma-informed, and harm reduction lens and understand that the client is the expert of their own experience. I view the clinical relationship as a tool for healing.
With a special emphasis on the impacts of oppression, I help clients of diverse identities understand themselves better and learn to tackle new challenges with confidence.
