My approach to therapy includes using skills from CBT, DBT, and CPT to help understand and change thoughts and behaviors.
When entering therapy with me, broad themes can be discussed but this is your opportunity to focus on discussing what you are most comfortable with but allows us to connect in the process. This can vary from small issues to relationship challenges.
